Learn to Ballroom Dance   view B_Rye's Reaperlist » Completed! I'm not sure how common this is, but I had a ballroom dancing unit in high school phy. ed. (do schools even have phy.ed. any more?). That gave me a great foundation for polishing it with a friend of mine in college (Shannon, the captain of the pom pom squad for UW-Madison). I took more lessons from the Hoofer Sailing Club in Madison (they have free lessons in the weeks leading up to the annual Commodore's Ball). Now my wife and I are members of the Neighborly Dance Club in Green Bay, WI. It claims to be the oldest dance club in the US, but it has become more of a social club than a dance club.
