Buy a house
During my married life, my former husband and I owned two different homes, but there's a big difference between owning something together and owning something on your own terms. I want to buy a house....

Buy a sailboat
Obviously, my goal to learn to sail will probably come first, so let's not look for this one to be done for a while. Besides, maybe I'll start out by buying a kayak -- who knows?

Get (at least) one of my books published
I'm a writer. I love writing so much that I can't imagine my life as anything else. I'd do it (as I am doing it) even if it didn't pay me a dime however, I have never gotten over writing my first book....

Get to know Florida by actually visiting at least 5 major tourist attractions in other parts of the state.
There's something to be said for knowing where you live and I can't say that I really know Florida. For this goal, I'm thinking more along the lines of Cape Canaveral, St. Augustine, Key West, Weeki Wachee....

Go kayaking in the Gulf of Mexico
I live in Florida and am, give or take, 10 to 15 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Now, I'll admit it -- although I canoed many a time up north, this goal scares me. I picture myself drifting off to Mexico....
